Return policy

This policy covers tangible goods shipped from Glowvibeelbow, such as printed workbooks or card decks. Digital downloads follow the licensing statement included in your receipt email.

Eligibility

You may request a return when an item arrives materially different from the listing description or when packaging damage prevents normal use. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery provided goods remain unused and resale-ready.

How to start

Email contact@glowvibeelbow.pro with your order reference, a short factual description, and photos if helpful. We respond with a return reference and the postal address for inspections.

Shipping costs

Faulty or incorrect items receive prepaid return labels when feasible. Other returns may require you to pay outbound postage; we document expectations before you ship anything.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method when banking rules allow. Processing can take several business days after the warehouse confirms receipt.

Digital items

Download bundles may not be refunded after files are accessed, except where required by consumer law. Contact us if access fails for technical reasons so we can reissue links.
